Once you have emailed us, we will provide you with a return address.
We are happy to refund you provided that your product is in saleable condition. Returns of faulty products will only be accepted if faulty when delivered to you (please contact us immediately if this is the case).
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and complete with its original tag.
All products must be returned within 14 days of receiving them, unfortunately after this time we can’t offer you a refund.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
We are unable to offer refunds on gift cards.
We will replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, send us an email at email@example.com
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Providing the returned item meets our criteria, your refund will be processed as quickly as possible via your original method of payment.
We do not refund original shipping costs.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We suggest you use an insured & trackable service to return your goods.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first re-check your bank account.
Then contact your bank. There is often a short delay before a refund is processed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
